Our event planning services handle all the comprehensive aspects of your special day. Event planners work closely with the caterer ahead of your event to have a detailed discussion on all aspects of the menu, service, and pricing. Checklist 2

90 Day Pre-Event Coordination:

Initial plus and succeeding consultations (up to 2)

Unlimited Phone and e-mail contact

  • Meets with you to understand the nature of the event you’ve planned thus far.
  • Connects with your vendors to review contracts and look for cost-saving opportunities
  • Reviews floor plans and creates detailed event plan and timelines for best guest experience  
  • Attends final walk through of wedding and reception sites
  • Addresses any overlooked details (such as forgetting to hire a coat-check attendant)
  • Communicates approved timelines with all vendors the week of the event 
  • Manages the rehearsal
  • Oversees everything on the wedding day

Day of Event Planning

Unlimited necessary hours

  • Organize and set up event items (i.e., place cards, programs, guest books, etc.)
  • Oversee day of deliveries and vendor payments
  • Ensure the decor design of the venue appears as anticipated
  • Provide event emergency kit
  • Direct the VIP guests party for timely and accurate placement 
  • Attend to guests needs and inquiries
  • Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception
  • Organize the Grand Entrance and Exit  
  • Collect personal items and ensure they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room (i.e., gifts, champagne flutes, guest books, etc.)
  • Coordinate event timeline throughout the reception
  • Assist client as needed throughout the day
  • Handle and problem solve all last minute needs
